American House Acquires 173-Unit Independent Living Community in Florida

WILDWOOD, Fla. — American House Senior Living Communities has acquired American House Wildwood, a 173-unit independent living community in Wildwood, approximately 50 miles northwest of Orlando.

American House took over management of the community in March and rebranded the property, formerly known as Providence Independence at Wildwood. It now both owns and operates the community.

The property is American House’s fifth in Florida. The sales price was not disclosed.

American House Wildwood offers studio, one- and two-bedroom units ranging in size from 500 to 1,090 square feet.

Since assuming management, American House has added private duty personal care services through Allegiance Home Care Services Inc.
