Argentum, HCP Form Partnership for Seniors Housing Research Projects

ALEXANDRIA, Va., and IRVINE, Calif. — Argentum and HCP Inc. (NYSE:HCP) have announced a three-year corporate partnership to develop research related to the seniors housing industry.

Argentum, based in Alexandria, is a seniors housing advocacy group formerly known as the Assisted Living Federation of America (ALFA). Based in Irvine, HCP is one of the largest publicly traded REITs in the seniors housing space.

The goal of the partnership will be to foster research projects that result in new technologies, tools, insights or systems to improve seniors housing operations. The collaboration will also develop an Operational Excellence Symposium focused on senior living operations, resident experience, technology and business planning.
