ANN ARBOR, Mich. — Developers Balfour Senior Living and REDICO will jointly develop a six-acre site in Ann Arbor, about 40 miles west of Detroit, for a 160-unit independent living and assisted living community.
The community is slated for occupancy in 2017.
Colorado-based Balfour acquired the Ann Arbor site in 2013. Michigan-based architect Victor Saroki of Saroki Architects has been hired to design the new campus.
Based in Michigan, REDICO will oversee entitlements and the construction process for Balfour. Balfour will operate the community once the community is complete.
