AVENTURA, Fla. — Bank Leumi USA recently hired Hely Santeliz as vice president and healthcare relationship manager in south Florida.
Santeliz is responsible for growing the bank’s seniors housing business, a strategic focus and key growth component for Bank Leumi USA throughout the country.
Santeliz has 25 years of industry experience of which 20 years are exclusively in the seniors housing sector. Before joining Bank Leumi USA, Santeliz was a principal at Brickell Key Group, Inc., a Florida seniors housing and real estate investment advisory firm and a vice president at CIT. He earned his MBA from Texas State University and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Texas at Austin.
