EUSTIS, Fla., and ROCHELLE, Ill. — Bessolo Design Group has been selected to design an assisted living community in the Orlando suburb of Eustis and a skilled nursing facility in Rochelle, located 80 miles west of Chicago.
The property in Eustis will total 72,000 square feet in a three-story building. The community will feature 64 assisted living units and 16 memory care units, and will sit on 2.3 acres.
The Rochelle project will include two phases. Phase One will include 92 beds in 68,576 square feet. Phase Two will add 28 beds in a 14,350-square-foot expansion. The community will sit on 9.7 acres.
