BLOOMFIELD HILLS, Mich. — A joint venture between Blue Moon Capital Partners LP and Cedarbrook Senior Living has acquired Cedarbrook of Bloomfield Hills.
Located in the Detroit suburb of Bloomfield Hills, the Class A property offers 142 units of independent living, assisted living, memory care and private-pay skilled nursing. The community opened in December 2015.
Cedarbrook developed the property. The purchase price was not disclosed.
