Blueprint Arranges Sale of Two Skilled Nursing Facilities for $23M

MEMPHIS, Tenn., and INVERNESS, Fla. — Investment firm Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors has arranged the sale of Citrus Health and Rehabilitation Center and Graceland Nursing Center for a total purchase price of $23 million.

Citrus is a 111-bed skilled nursing facility located in Inverness, and Graceland is a 240-bed skilled nursing facility located in Memphis. The seller was a national nonprofit organization seeking to exit the skilled nursing field. Citrus and Graceland were the seller’s last remaining skilled nursing. The buyer was a national owner/operator with a focus on skilled nursing.

Trent M. Gherardini and Ben Firestone of Blueprint managed the transaction.
