HOUSTON and MESQUITE, Texas — Blueprint Health Care Real Estate Advisors has arranged the sale of a portfolio of two skilled nursing facilities in Texas for $10 million.
Winterhaven, located in Houston, was built in 1970 and consists of 160 beds. Heritage Place, located in the Dallas suburb of Mesquite, was built in 1977, and is comprised of 149 beds.
At the time of sale, the facilities were approximately 75 percent occupied. The purchaser was a private investor that owns and leases out skilled nursing facilities across the U.S.
Blueprint’s Ben Firestone led the transaction, representing the undisclosed seller.
