DALLAS — Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors has arranged the sale of Brentwood Healthcare, a five-building, 450-bed skilled nursing campus in Dallas.
A Texas-based owner-operator sold the property to a California-based owner-operator with a strong Texas presence for $20 million. The new owner will take over operations of the property.
Josh Salzman of Blueprint led the transaction. The price equates to approximately $44,000 per bed.
