ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors has brokered the sale of Eagle Lake Rehabilitation & Care Center, a 59-bed skilled nursing facility in St. Petersburg, for $4.9 million.
A private owner/operator sold the facility to a regional owner/operator looking to expand its portfolio on Florida’s west coast.
The purchase price equates to approximately $83,000 per bed. Blueprint’s Trent Gherardini executed the transaction on behalf of the seller.
