MILLSBORO and SMYRNA, Del. — Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors has brokered the sale of two skilled nursing facilities in Delaware for $54.1 million.
One community was Pinnacle Rehabilitation & Health Center in Smyrna. The other was not identified, but is located in Millsboro. The portfolio represents a combined 332 beds.
The buyer was Summit REIT, representing the company’s first entry into Delaware. The seller was not identified.
