ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors has arranged the sale of a 160-bed skilled nursing facility in Rochester. The name of the facility was not disclosed.
The sale was part of a two-property portfolio deal totaling $32 million. The sale of the other property is expected to close later this year.
The seller is a New York-based skilled nursing owner-operator. The buyer is a regional owner-operator with an existing presence in the area.
Blueprint’s Christopher Hyldahl and Gideon Orion were the lead advisors on the transaction.
