CHICAGO — Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors, a brokerage firm based in Chicago, has arranged the $10 million sale of two undisclosed skilled nursing facilities in Texas.
The portfolio totals 235 beds in North Central and East Texas. Blueprint represented the seller, a national owner-operator based in New York. The buyer was a regional owner-operator.
Christopher Hyldahl and Gideon Orion were the lead advisors on the transaction.
