WASHINGTON, D.C. — Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors, a brokerage firm based in Chicago, has hired Adam Sherman as a managing director in the company’s Washington, D.C. office.
Sherman brings 15 years of experience in seniors housing and medical office real estate, having served in leadership, business development, underwriting and portfolio management roles with GE Capital and CIT Healthcare. Most recently, he was a managing director at Red Capital Group, focused on delivering bridge, construction, mezzanine and permanent loans to seniors housing owners nationwide.
Sherman holds the CCIM designation and was an inaugural member of the NIC Future Leaders Council. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Emory University and his master’s degree in real estate development from Johns Hopkins University.
