WESTERN NEW YORK — Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors has arranged the sale of a 460-bed, five-property skilled nursing portfolio in Western New York for an undisclosed price.
The portfolio featured annual revenues of $31.8 million and an 84 percent occupancy rate at the time of sale. A Los Angeles-based real estate investor sold the properties to a New York-based buyer looking to expand its regional presence.
The specific names and locations of the properties were not disclosed.
