WHITEHOUSE, Ohio — Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors has arranged the sale of Whitehouse Country Manor, a 90-bed skilled nursing and long-term-care facility in the Toledo suburb of Whitehouse.
A publicly traded REIT looking to divest a non-core asset sold the property. An in-state operator that specializes in turnaround projects partnered with a real estate investor to purchase the facility. The price was not disclosed.
