ROBSTOWN, Texas — Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors has arranged the sale of a 94-bed skilled nursing facility in Robstown, located near the Gulf Coast south of San Antonio.
A New York-based owner with more than 150 existing communities sold the property to an East Coast REIT, which has partnered with a local operator. Only 75 percent occupied at the time of sale, the asset was sold as a value-add opportunity.
