SUWANEE, Ga. — Caddis, a Dallas-based healthcare real estate developer, plans to soon break ground on Heartis Suwanee, a 175-unit independent living, assisted living and memory care community in the Atlanta suburb of Suwanee. Construction is already underway on a similar community in nearby Fayetteville.
Scheduled for completion in fall of 2018, the three-building community will sit on a 10-acre site and total 187,375 square feet.
The architect for the project is Austin, Texas-based Katus.
