Capitol Seniors Housing Hires Curtis Fowlie as Vice President

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Capitol Seniors Housing has hired Curtis Fowlie as a vice president. Fowlie’s responsibilities will include asset management, acquisitions, construction management and development with a focus on the West Coast.

Prior to joining Capitol, Fowlie was a vice president for the Seniors Housing and Healthcare Capital Markets Group of JLL, assisting owners and operators nationwide with acquisitions, dispositions, and debt and equity finance. Prior to joining JLL, Fowlie worked with the CBRE National Senior Housing Team.

Fowlie has been a guest lecturer at the University of San Diego’s Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate and a presenter at the Financial Executives International conference.

Fowlie received a bachelor’s degree in finance, business economics and law from the University of Alberta in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

Based in Washington, D.C., Capitol Seniors Housing has acquired or developed more than 60 seniors housing communities in the United States.
