Capitol Seniors Housing Opens $25M Community in New Jersey

NORWOOD, N.J. — Capitol Seniors Housing, a senior living investment and development firm, has opened Atria Norwood, an 83-unit assisted living and memory care community.

The property is located in Norwood, in the northeast corner of the New Jersey near the New York border. Development costs for the 68,873-square-foot community were estimated at $25 million.

The designer was Meyer Design of Ardmore, Pa. This is Washington, D.C.-based Capitol’s third community in New jersey, with three others currently under construction.
