FORT WORTH, Texas — A joint venture between The Carlyle Group and Greystar has purchased of MirAvanti at Ridgmar, an independent living community in Fort Worth, for $22 million.
Cody Tremper, managing director of Greystone Real Estate Advisors, brokered the deal. The seller was not disclosed.
MirAvanti at Ridgmar is a newly constructed 101-unit community. Units at the 10-acre property average 1,436 square feet.
