MIDLOTHIAN, Texas — Civitas Senior Living, has unveiled plans for Legacy Oaks at Midlothian, a 156-unit independent living, assisted living and memory care community in the Dallas suburb of Midlothian.
The property will feature 90 independent living units, 54 assisted living and memory care units and 12 cottage-style homes.
Trepex Construction will build the community, which is scheduled for completion in spring 2018.
