GRAPEVINE and FARMERS BRANCH, Texas — Civitas Senior Living has been hired to manage two existing assisted living communities in the North Texas towns of Grapevine and Farmers Branch, adding 170 units to the operator’s portfolio.
The Grapevine community is Dancing River Assistant Living, which includes 65 assisted living and 19 memory care apartments.
The Farmers Branch community is Acadia Estates, which includes 70 existing apartments and 16 new memory care residences currently under construction.
Civitas is a Fort Worth-based developer, owner and operator of seniors housing. With the two new management agreements, the company now operates more than 25 seniors housing communities in the United States.
