STARKVILLE, Miss. — Colliers International has brokered the sale of The Claiborne at Adelaide, a 54,658-square-foot senior living community, for $22.7 million.
The property is located in Starkville, the seat of Oktibbeha County in the northeastern part of the state. Constructed in 2016, the community features 43 assisted living units, 25 memory care units and 14 independent living cottages.
Josh Randolph of Colliers International | Alabama represented the seller, The Claiborne at Adelaide LLC. The buyer was Waypoint Residential, a multifamily specialist with now one acquisition deal and one development investment in the seniors housing space.
