SOUTH WINDSOR, Conn. — Congress Building Corp., a construction firm based in Peabody, Mass., has completed construction on The Residence at South Windsor Farms, a $13 million senior living community in South Windsor.
Located at 200 Deming St., the new community features assisted living, independent living and memory care.
Owned and operated by LCB Senior Living LLC of Norwood, Mass., and designed by The Architectural Team of Chelsea, Mass., the 66,000-square-foot, three-story community houses 80 apartments.
