Covenant Hires Brian Devlin as Senior Vice President of Project Development

SKOKIE, Ill. — Covenant Retirement Communities (CRC) has hired Brian Devlin as senior vice president of project development. 

Devlin has more than 15 years’ experience in the field of senior living, including managing redevelopments for multi-site operators. He also has worked in managing the start-up of new communities, acquisitions and consultations.

At CRC, Devlin will lead strategies related to growth and expansion of the organization’s campuses across the country. 

Devlin graduated from Texas Tech University with a bachelor’s degree in architecture. He has served on the LeadingAge Conference Education Committee. 

Skokie-based CRC serves 5,000 residents at 15 retirement communities in nine states, offering independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, memory care and rehabilitation. The nonprofit company is a ministry of the Evangelical Covenant Church and has been serving seniors since 1886.
