WEBSTER GROVES, Mo. — Cushman & Wakefield Senior Housing Capital Markets Group has arranged the sale of Provision Living at Webster Groves, an 80-unit assisted living and memory care community in the St. Louis suburb of Webster Groves.
A joint venture between operator Provision Living Senior Communities and publicly traded REIT Welltower sold the property to Sunrise Senior Living. The price was not disclosed.
Built in 2012, Provision Living at Webster Groves features 62 assisted living units and 18 memory care units in a three-story community.
The Cushman & Wakefield team involved in the transaction included Richard Swartz, Jay Wagner and Jim Dooley.
