HIXSON, Tenn. — Dominion Senior Living has broken ground on an $8 million faith-based assisted living and memory care community in Hixson.
Located at 2143 Northpoint Boulevard, Dominion Senior Living of Hixson will serve up to 82 residents in 64 units split evenly between assisted living and memory care. The community will total 47,000 square feet.
The property was acquired from local church Abba’s House, which will serve as a partner to the community.
Hixson is located just north of Chattanooga. Dominion is a developer and operator of faith-based seniors housing communities in Tennessee. The Hixson community will mark its fifth in the state.
