HIXSON, Tenn. — Dominion Senior Living has planned construction on a 47,000-square-foot, $8 million assisted living and memory care senior living community. Dominion acquired the property from Abba’s House and the church will be a partner.
The senior living community will be located at 2143 Northpoint Boulevard in Hixson. The one-story community can house 84 residents. Dominion, based in Knoxville, expects the community to open in early 2016.
Dominion Senior Living of Hixson will be located just nearby to Memorial North Park Hospital, as well as shopping, doctors’ offices and banks.
