JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. — In preparation for the opening of Dominion Senior Living of Johnson City, the assisted living and memory care community has filled five management-level positions.
The new hires are Ava Foster, business office director; Cameron Sturgill, dining services director; Terri Wiseman, wellness director; David Nidiffer, maintenance director, and Marykathryn Bridges, life enrichment director. Each of these staff members will be under the direction of the community’s executive director, Michelle Bolling.
Foster has lived in Tennessee since 1997 and has previous experience as a business office manager for senior living communities. Sturgill, a graduate of the culinary program at University of Arkansas at Little Rock, has been a director of dining services at other communities since 2007. Wiseman, who has lived in Johnson City all her life, has been an LPN for 20 years working at physician’s offices, assisted living communities and home health environments. Nidiffer has more than 20 years of residential construction experience and has spent the last eight years working in maintenance at a skilled nursing community. Bridges, a recent University of Tennessee graduate with a degree in Therapeutic Recreation, developed a passion for working with seniors after a college internship experience.
