DESOTO, Texas — Dougherty Mortgage LLC has closed a $3 million HUD loan for the refinance of Cedar Green Living Center, a 105-unit multifamily affordable seniors housing property in the Dallas suburb of DeSoto.
Doughterty arranged the 33-year term HUD 223 (a)(7) loan for Senior Christian Living Foundation, the DeSoto-based operator of the property.
