DALLAS — DTZ has arranged the sale of the leasehold interest in a five-property seniors housing portfolio in the Dallas metro area.
The DTZ team led by Allen McMurtry, Megan Fetter and David Kliewer represented the seller, Steven Vick and Signature Senior Living. The sale price and specific facilities involved were not disclosed.
Signature Senior Living developed and operated the portfolio of 375 units — 255 assisted living units and 120 memory care units — and is over 90 percent occupied. Legend Senior Living of Wichita, Kan., will be the new operator.
