Erickson Opens Assisted Living, Memory Care Expansion at CCRC in New Jersey

NEW PROVIDENCE, N.J. — Erickson Living has opened Woodland Pointe, a new assisted living and memory care community at its Lantern Hill continuing care retirement community in New Providence, approximately 30 miles west of New York City.

The new neighborhood adds 17 private assisted living apartments and 28 private memory care apartments to the property, as well as outpatient rehabilitation services for independent living residents.

The opening of Woodland Pointe completes Lantern Hill’s Phase I development, which includes 161 independent living apartments and 85 continuing care residences.

Phase II of Lantern Hill’s development, currently under construction, consists of two additional buildings that will add 114 independent living apartments to the community, for a total of 275 independent living apartment homes. Phase II is scheduled for completion in early 2018.
