SMITHTOWN, N.Y. — Benchmark Senior Living has selected EW Howell Construction Group to build its newest community in Smithtown, located on Long Island.
Development costs are estimated at $25 million. Moseley Architects designed the 101-unit community.
The community is scheduled to open in June 2018.
