ELGIN, S.C. — Frampton Construction Co., a regional full-service construction firm based in Charleston, has completed construction of The Blake at Woodcreek Farms, a 100-unit assisted living and memory care facility in the Columbia suburb of Elgin.
The 88,000-square-foot building is located on a 3.5-acre plot within the 2,300-acre master-planned community Woodcreek Farms.
Cardinal Ventures developed the community, which Blake Management will operate.
The Blake at Woodcreek Farms is the first of three sister facilities to be completed by Frampton Construction in South Carolina, with the other two being The Blake at Edgewater in Indian Land and The Blake at Carnes Crossroads near Charleston.
