Grandbridge Arranges $25.5M Acquisition Financing for Community Near Atlanta

ALPHARETTA, Ga. — Grandbridge Seniors Housing and Healthcare Finance Group has arranged $25.5 million in financing for the acquisition of Arbor Terrace at Crabapple.

Located in the Atlanta suburb of Alpharetta, the community offers 93 units of assisted living and memory care. Focus Healthcare Partners’ dedicated Senior Housing Fund acquired the property. The operator, The Arbor Company, will continue to manage the community.

Richard Thomas and Meredith Davis of Grandbridge arranged the financing package through Fannie Mae’s Green Rewards product.
