AUSTIN, Texas — Greystar has begun pre-leasing at Overture Mueller, a 201-unit age-restricted community in Austin.
The community will feature 12,000 square feet of indoor amenity space and is walking distance from local shopping and restaurants. Greystar expects to complete construction by summer 2017.
Overture Mueller will include one- and two-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 615 to 1167 square feet.
Greystar plans to break ground on nearly a dozen Overture-branded, age-restricted communities in 2016. The planned communities are in Texas, Georgia, Virginia, North Carolina, Florida, California and Arizona.
