BALTIMORE — Healthcare Transactions Group Inc. has arranged the sale of Bridgepark Healthcare Center, a 99-bed skilled nursing facility in Baltimore.
The property includes a 28-bed certified cardiac/pulmonary unit for ventilator-dependent patients.
Mark Davis of Healthcare Transactions Group served as mergers and acquisition advisor to the seller, a multistate skilled nursing operator. The buyer was a New Jersey-based operator expanding its presence in Maryland. Terms and other details of the transaction were not disclosed.
