AMSTERDAM and CASTLETON-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. — Healthcare Transactions Group Inc. has arranged the sale of Capstone Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, a 120-bed skilled nursing facility in Amsterdam, and Riverside Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, an 80-bed skilled nursing facility in Castleton-on-Hudson. The sale prices were not disclosed.
Mark Davis of Healthcare Transactions Group served as mergers and acquisition intermediary and advisor to the seller, a Chicago-based religious nonprofit health care organization. The buyer was a New York-based group that operates other skilled nursing facilities in the state.
Founded in 1996, Healthcare Transactions Group facilitates sales of long-term care facilities and has closed nearly $2 billion in transactions in over 30 states.
