RICHMOND, Va. — HHHunt has opened Spring Arbor Cottage of Richmond, a 48-unit memory care community in Richmond.

The community is built on the “Small House” concept, featuring three interconnected cottages, each totaling 9,500 square feet and serving up to 16 residents. Secure walking paths connect each cottage to a park-like town square area.

Development costs for the project were estimated at $12.9 million. A grand opening was held Sept. 14 at the community.

HHHunt is a Virginia-based developer of residential communities in Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Maryland.
