Holiday Retirement Promotes Four to Executive Positions

LAKE OSWEGO, Ore. — Holiday Retirement, the largest owner and operator of independent living properties in the United States, has promoted four of its employees to new executive roles at the company’s Lake Oswego headquarters.

CFO Scott Shanaberger has been promoted to chief operating officer. Tyler Nelson will serve as interim CFO while Shanaberger’s permanent replacement is sought. Nelson was previously senior vice president of finance, accounting and asset management.

In addition, Mark Prince has been promoted to senior vice president of operations. Prince previously served as district vice president of operations for Holiday’s central district.

Vicky Barger was promoted to senior vice president of sales after serving as district vice president of sales for the Midwest.

Jamison Gosselin, who recently served as vice president of marketing, was promoted to senior vice president of marketing, communications and resident enrichment.
