Ingleside Names Frank Beech as Executive Director of CCRC in Washington, D.C.

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Ingleside, an operator serving the greater D.C. area, has named Frank Beech as the new executive director at Ingleside at Rock Creek, located in the northwest portion of the city.

Before joining Ingleside, Beech served as executive director for seven years at Dunwoody Village where he was responsible for the strategic management of all medical and facilities operations. He oversaw over 300 employees and 10 departments with an annual operating budget of $20 million. He also has experience serving as an administrator for Audubon Villa, The Middletown Home and Waverly Heights.

Beech is an honorably discharged Veteran with over nine years of experience serving in the United States Air Force. He holds a master’s degree from Saint Joseph’s University in organizational development and leadership and a bachelor’s degree from Temple University. His current certifications include Facilities Management Professional, Senior Certified Professional in Human Resources, Healthcare Compliance, Certified Compliance, Ethics Professional, a Nursing Home Administrator license and Personal Care/Assisted Living Operator qualification.

“Frank joins Ingleside at Rock Creek at an exciting time, with the upcoming addition of Creekside with the Center for Healthy Living scheduled for completion in 2019/2020,” said Christine Podles, Ingleside’s vice president of operations. “Our search committee, comprised of residents and staff, unanimously selected him, speaking highly to the confidence we have in Frank leading our community.”
