Isakson Living Adds Memory Care Property to CCRC in Georgia

STONE MOUNTAIN, Ga. — Isakson Living has opened Park Springs Health Services, a memory care community adjacent to the company’s Park Springs continuing care retirement community in the Atlanta suburb of Stone Mountain.

The memory care addition is based on the household model of care, with groups of up to 18 residents surrounding a shared kitchen and dining room. The project includes a 3,100-square-foot physical therapy center that is open to the surrounding community.

SunTrust Bank provided a $74.4 million to loan the construction of the memory care addition, as well as other campus improvements to the 61-acre, 398-unit Park Springs.
