Isakson Living to Develop Luxury CCRC in Atlanta Delayed by Recession

ATLANTA — Isakson Living will move forward with the planned development of Peachtree Hills Place, a continuing care retirement community in Atlanta’s Buckhead neighborhood.

Isakson, an Atlanta-based developer, and Foley Design Associates Architects will refine the plans for the community over the coming months.

Peachtree Hills Place was first planned in 2006 and even began pre-sales. In 2009, development of the 20-acre luxury community was halted due to the recession. More than 150 interested buyers originally reserved a home at Peachtree Hills Place.

The amenities of Peachtree Hills Place will include a clubhouse with multiple dining venues, a fitness center and a health center. The first phase of development will include 84 luxury condominiums and eight custom single-family homes. Upon completion of all phases, the community will include 192 condominiums and 12 single-family homes.

Services will include security, transportation, assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing. Pre-sales will re-commence in 2016.
