JLL Arranges $27.5M Fannie Mae Refinancing for Community in Massachusetts

BOURNE, Mass. — JLL Capital Markets, Seniors Housing has arranged a $27.5 million Fannie Mae refinancing for Keystone Place at Buzzards Bay in Bourne, located at the base of Cape Cod.

The recently built community offers 106 units of independent living, assisted living and memory care. Keystone Senior LLC is the borrower and owner. 

The transaction refinances the community’s construction loan and features a long-term, fixed-rate, non-recourse structure with three years of interest-only payments.

JLL originated the loan through its relationship with MSF Real Estate Capital. oel Mendes led the financing on behalf of JLL, while Scott Moore led the financing on behalf of MSF.
