RALEIGH, N.C. — Kaufman Lynn Construction, a Florida-based full-service construction firm that serves the seniors housing industry, has opened a new office in Raleigh. The company also named John Wilkins as regional senior vice president, working from the new office.
With over 35 years of construction experience, Wilkins will be responsible for the overall management and strategic planning of the company’s construction projects throughout the region. His initial focus is to increase the workforce of the Raleigh office and build a team to support the office’s first big projects.
Wilkins graduated from North Carolina State University in 1988 with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. He and the company plan to hire at least 15 staff members to the Raleigh office before the end of the year.
