KeyBank Arranges $74.6M HUD Refinancing for Texas Skilled Nursing Portfolio

CLEVELAND — KeyBank Real Estate Capital, a Cleveland-based lender, has provided $74.6 million in FHA financing for a six-property seniors housing portfolio located across the state of Texas.

The skilled nursing facilities total 806 beds. The loans will refinance existing debt.

The borrower is a joint venture between Capital Senior Ventures and Blue Mountain Capital Management. Details on the specific properties were not disclosed.

John Randolph, Grant Saunders and Peter Trazzera of Key’s Commercial Mortgage Group arranged the financing through the FHA 232/223(f) mortgage insurance program.
