Lancaster Pollard Arranges $11M Fannie Mae Financing for Community in Omaha

OMAHA, Neb. — Lancaster Pollard has arranged an $11 million Fannie Mae financing for an assisted living and memory care community in Omaha. The name of the community was not disclosed.

The loan will refinance the community’s existing Fannie Mae debt and fund  $3 million in repairs and renovations. The financing includes a fixed interest rate and 10-year term.

Quintin Harris of Lancaster Pollard’s Minneapolis office led the transaction.
