INDIANA — Lancaster Pollard has arranged $158.4 million in financing for Trilogy Health Services. The loans will refinance a 10-property portfolio of seniors housing properties in Indiana.

The communities include independent living, assisted living and memory care. The number of units and names of the properties were not disclosed.

Lancaster Pollard used the FHA Sec. 232/223(f) program to refinance the ten facilities. The loan puts in place a permanent debt structure and pays off existing bridge loans, as well as a real estate revolver that was used to purchase the properties.

Chris Blanda led the transaction for Lancaster Pollard.
