COLUMBUS, Ohio — Lancaster Pollard, a financial services firm based in Columbus, has promoted Robert Baxter and Ryan Miles to senior vice president positions.
Baxter joined Lancaster Pollard in 2005 and has focused his efforts on senior living analysis and underwriting, providing support on a range of mortgage loans and bond transactions for rehabilitations, acquisitions, construction and refinance projects.
Miles has been with Lancaster Pollard since 2006 and has been instrumental in the closing of a wide variety of affordable housing transactions using low-income housing tax credits and agency financing.
Both Baxter and Miles work closely with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)/Federal Housing Administration (FHA), the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and Fannie Mae.
